We have no return and no refund policy, but if something isn't right, mail us on malmaltadka.com or call us on +91-9888288053, 0172-4639056 within 12hrs of order delivery.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, if damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, we may exchange the merchandise. The goods should be unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in it’s original packaging along with original tags, within 10 days from the date on which the goods are delivered.
At the time of exchange, you will bear all the courier expenses.

Easy Domestic Exchange
It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to exchange your purchase by mail.
- Send us the picture of the garment highlighting the damaged area via mail, within 12hrs of delivery. Once we accept the exchange request, only then send the garments.
- On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re exchanging and note the quantity and reason(s) for exchange on your invoice.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused and in undamaged condition.
- There should be no smell, whatsoever.
- Pack it securely, in the original package and include you completed invoice.
- Courier the parcel back to us:
- No returns, no refund and no exchange on discounted merchandise.
- All the courier expenses will be borne by you at the time of exchanging the parcel to us.
